It’s Liberation Day!

I was hoping to take a photo to commemorate this day but instead (being lazy) I decided to photoshop an older photograph to make the Kuwait flag with the traffic colours.

Happy Independence & Liberation. May god always bless Kuwait and everyone in it.

This is one of my favourite night shots of London. I have a large print of it displayed in my office. The unmistakable colours of Piccadilly Circus and the London bus/taxi create the perfect postcard moment.

 

It was Ramadan and we were fasting but it was one of the best sporting events I attended in Kuwait. I took my brother and cousin and the evening was wonderful. Good atmosphere, nice weather, some good football (great football by Brazil) and we got to see Pele.

I took many photos – mostly bad because I had no tripod. This was one of my lucky shots and I’m really pleased I got it.


I’m in Picadilly Circus. I took my bike on the train into Waterloo and spent the whole day (I mean from 8am to 8pm so the whole day) taking photos of London. The weather was surprisingly helpful.

This photo was a special one because not long from now, we will not see many more of these classic double-decker buses. The Routemaster is slowly but surely disappearing from the streets of the capital 😦
